Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 24 June 2026
Velora is a service-based agency. We do not sell physical products, so this policy sets out how advances, cancellations, and refunds work for our services. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Advance payments
An advance payment is required to begin a project. It reserves your slot in our schedule and covers the initial phases of work (such as discovery, direction, and planning).
2. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started — that is, before we begin design, production, or build work on your project — you are entitled to a full refund of the advance you paid.
3. Cancellation after work begins
If you cancel after work has started, the advance is refundable minus the value of the work already performed up to the cancellation date. Any milestone or deliverable already completed and shared with you is non-refundable. Where the work performed equals or exceeds the advance, no refund is due.
4. Unresponsive or abandoned projects
Delivery depends on your timely input. If you become unresponsive for 15 days, we may pause your project. If there is no response for 30 days, we may treat the project as cancelled by you; in that case, amounts covering work already performed are non-refundable, in line with Section 3.
5. Retainer engagements
For monthly or quarterly retainers, you may cancel by giving 15 days’ written notice before the start of the next billing cycle. The current paid cycle is non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for a cycle already in progress.
6. No guarantee of results
Our fees pay for the professional work we perform, not for any specific commercial outcome. We do not offer a money-back guarantee based on results. Please see our Disclaimer for more on results and performance.
7. Third-party costs
Amounts already spent on third-party items on your behalf — such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock media, fonts, or advertising spend — are non-refundable, as these are paid out to external providers.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancel a project, email legal@veloraswift.com (or connect@veloraswift.com) with your name, project details, and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm the eligible amount in writing.
9. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method or nominated bank account, normally within 7–10 business days of approval. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
