Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. There is no app and no sign-up: they add their mobile number when they place the order.
How do payments work?
Guests pay by UPI straight into your own account, or pay at the counter. Velora never touches your money. Your staff confirm UPI payments in the kitchen screen with one tap.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. You pay a flat ₹799 a month (or ₹7,999 a year) no matter how many orders you take. Every rupee your guests pay is yours.
What do I need in the kitchen?
Any Android tablet or phone with Chrome and Wi-Fi. The kitchen screen plays a sound for every new order and keeps the screen awake during service.
Are the bills GST-ready?
Yes. Regular GST cafés get a tax invoice with 2.5% CGST and 2.5% SGST. Composition cafés get a bill of supply. Your FSSAI licence number is printed on every bill, and there is never a service charge.
Can I change my menu and prices myself?
Yes, from your phone, any time. Add photos, sizes and extras, hide a dish, or mark it sold out. Guests see the change at once.
How long does it take to start?
Usually one day. Send us your menu as a photo or text, we set it up, and we give you QR cards to print for every table.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. The monthly plan has no lock-in. Founding cafés keep the ₹799 price for as long as they stay with us.
